Pay by invoice and bank transfer as agreed, or by card. Your SDI/PEC details stay on file.

For every booking you get a confirmation, a printable voucher and a calendar file with meeting point and contacts.

How it works

  1. Request access

    Fill in the form with your company details: it takes two minutes.

  2. Approval

    I review the request and activate your account, usually within one or two business days.

  3. Book slots

    Pick service, date and time: you see your rate and the cancellation policy straight away.

  4. Invoice and voucher

    You get a confirmation and a voucher for your client; after the service I issue the e-invoice.

Terms at a glance

  • Free cancellation up to 3 days before the service starts. After that the service is due.
  • Bookings possible with a minimum notice of 12 hours.
  • Groups of up to 25, in line with the limits set by the City of Venice.
  • Pay by invoice (bank transfer) or card. Your terms (discounts and cancellation) are in the partner area.

Terms can be customised for each partner (for example different cancellation windows or volume rates).

Frequently asked questions

How long does approval take?
Usually one or two business days. If you have an urgent service, write to me directly.
Can I book for large groups?
Yes, up to 25 guests per service, within the City’s limits. For larger groups we arrange several guides: write to me.
What if I cannot find the date I need?
Write to me: I can often rearrange my commitments. For complex programmes or study trips I prepare a dedicated quote.
How do payments work?
Approved partners can pay by e-invoice and bank transfer; alternatively you can pay by card when booking.
